if you login into web wallet localhost:8125 and click on NRS a pop up with all data appear...

Difficulty is currently 329.7 TRILLION. Is this supposed to encourage me to mine?

How do I know that the id file I generated in my miner program is tied to my wallet account? I haven't seen anything that solidly states it is. When I open the localhost:8125 now, it opens to the correct BURST account number, but if I find a block how do I know I got it? How do I even tell if I have found a block?

On the wallet dashboard, at top left it says no name set. I click that and try to enter a name and my 12 word code phrase, and hit update account, then it comes back with "unknown account". So how the FCUK does it know which account it is even in, aside from the fact that is shows my BLAST-account number on the front frickin' page ?!?!?!

Whatever retard made this wallet and miner needs to have a toilet broken over his head.......... Angry

What do the nonces do? They are used along with other codes to generate new hashes? How do I know I don't have the same nonces as someone else? And the same finite amount of nonces are used over and over for all calculations? A larger hard drive file equals more nonces from which to find blocks?

4096....

You can start mining, run mining bat file. Even while your creating plots, ignore the read error, you'll still be able to get blocks.

I put the 12 X's in place of my ID number.

Now the command line window is generating plots, I guess. So far it says:

Writing from nonce 1

And so forth. I guess I should take out the "pause" in the command line code, or it'll stop once it writes its plot file? I have mine set to go from 1 to 80000, that is the right size for 20 GB?

IF this works, when I get home I can use larger hard drives.

What is that? What about the number of threads, java vm size, and stagger size? Is that a way to tune it for peak performance?

The pause won't do anything, just more of a tool to debug if the bat file close. Your fine to keep the plot generation going. 80,000=20GB, that's right if that's the size plot you want to build.
