what's holding you back guys?

The price of hardware currently mining BURST, our infrastructure is > 500.000$.
The work done so far: NXT extensions, Miners, Plotters, AT, AT-Debugger, Pools, Tools, Websites etc. > 500.000$
Thats a >1.000.000$ investment of hardware and manpower ... and the Marketcap is 150.000$

That would work, but NXT is PoS. lol. xD

Straight off the top of my head I would say look at the price of NXT (that this coin is a derivative of) but that this coin doesn't require expensive ASIC hardware to mine AND has superior features that few other coins have, e.g. automatic transactions, cross-blockchain transactions, etc.

NXT: 0.00004881 BTC
BURST: 0.00000078 BTC

NXT is somehow worth 62x more with fewer features and more capital expenditure required to mine?

Wow this is shocking news for us...... We spoke couple of months ago and he was such a friendly guy. Is very shocking to know that.....

Even if this is the case, I'd say it wasn't very wise of him to sell the account - even if he knew he was dying and it was for a "good cause". It does open up a wide-range of scam opportunity for a long time (when newbies read old posts).

We have just received word from mmmaybe's custodian that mmmaybe sold his btctalk account in order to get more funds to put towards BURST

If you interact with mmmaybe bear in mind that the current owner is not Fredrik of BURST fame

mmmaybe's account "mmm's pool" was shutdown June 4th together with an outgoing transfer of 350,000 (leaving 44K), but he (mmmaybe) was active today!
