1.[dev] reorganize the storage structure of account and asset and pass the command line tools debug of Bytom.
2.[dev] test the new demo which can realize the whole process of creating accounts, issuing assets and making transactions.
3.[dev] Bytom dashboard migration and development of web wallet based on React+Redux.
4.[bugfix] fix the bug of POW and correct the cache generation of random seed and initialization.
5.[bugfix] solve the bug of account and asset and correct the bug of transaction legality testing module in mempool development.
6. [res] analyze the sending message of lightning network when building connection and some other details of building connection through fundingmanager_test.go.
