fair launch means, a project that starts their network without any premine.
how come fair launch becomes slowly growing reward ? based on FAIR and LAUNCH alone, you can tell the difference between one and another.

without growing reward - first few people before a large mass of people learn about the project can dig up a lot of coins, just because they first run a miner. For me personally, the launch of rewards is not 25 per block, a gradual increase from 0 to 25 (in a few days), as for miner - a completely fair launch.

Release is schedeled for February (see RM), but Alpha-version will be launched at the beginning of January and at the same time we'll begin looking for the first research centers to be added.

Will you contact MIT or another large scientific institute ?
Small centers are welcome ? =)
We'll accept and send requests from any research centers that have at least some resources for our Platform. Pepresentatives can be both research centers and educational institutions as well as from leading students and teachers who have access to the necessary equipment
