Yes, it is.... but as you can see the pre-mine amount is not 50% as it will be impossible to give away coins to the whole planet, as some people don't have laptops, etc.

I think as long as e dev is transparent with the pre-mine coins and shows that all is going into moving the coins up and get it listed. Will prob rent a rig and mine for the launch it never hurts to try dont cost much either and the return can be great or you lose a little gamble. Is the fun in alts you never know.
