You could participate in our bounty program and/or airdrop without performing KYC. However, to receive COL in the future, your KYC has to be verified.

Most likely, for the verification procedure you will need to show one of the documents: ID card, passport or driver's license. and make a sephi with this document.

Pixel program is basically about gift economy. Color users get to give pixels to each other, which gain the value as a coin only when received by other users.

Yes, it does not turn into COL. You have to receive the pixels from somebody else.
