Thanks for the question, the fees will be fixed at 0.2%, it will be 0.2% of the order's value. The volume won't affect the fees rate, and there won't be any difference between maker-taker.

The trading rules will be the same as centralized exchanges, when you take poloniex, maker's fees are 0.25% and taker's fees at 0.25%, but they are the largest exchange in term of volumes.

Yobit's fees are 0.2% but it is not really famous. The main difference between both exchanges is the service, that's what NVO will focus on.

NVO won't ask for KYC if it is what you are talking about, there won't be account creation, unless really necessary, and even if so, the informations won't be transfered to NVO. The funding will consist of sending coins to your addresses, nothing more.

The team decided to extend the crowd sale untill to 23rd of june. so 1 month instead of 20 days.

You guys are missing a vital point here. I am not the only escrow. There are a total of three escrows (ranked by total trust rating)
