X11coin was cheaper than we are at this point in their coin. With the right push from the community we could be much greater. We have the same coin as they do, but without the scamming background. People need a fair coin for once.

Probably cause the premine is used to bribe exchanges, control price, pay for advertising, hire people to do small tasks. No premine usually ends up with the community having to build things and promote the coin. There isn't a big enough community to support this coin because there are 10000000000 other coins to be part of.
