Mining rewards have officially ended (unless you are on the wrong fork). The official pool stratums have been shut down, you can still login to withdraw your coins. You can continue to mine on another pool for transaction fees, but there's not going to be any support from us.

Get ready for BCO staking.

I see that the max coin supply is reached. Is mining still possible?

OK so...  I logged into cryptobridge from 2 separate browsers. And apparently created 2 separate wallets. I wasn't aware it was browser specific.

I think I lost my coins. I sent coins to one address and I am auto logged into the account. However, I have no idea what that password is. I only remember creating one account which I do have the login info for.

Unfortunately, I cannot send from the coins wallet to my REAL wallet unless I use a password. I see that you guys don't have pw recovery option. (mass adoption?).

Again, I am in the account logged in.. but I can't get my coins out..  Is there any hope? Or did I just burn some coins for you?

I assume the worst.

When creating an account, you checked the following messages:

I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL LOSE ACCESS TO MY FUNDS IF I LOSE MY PASSWORD
I UNDERSTAND THAT NO ONE CAN RECOVER MY PASSWORD IF I LOSE OR FORGET IT
I HAVE WRITTEN DOWN OR OTHERWISE STORED MY PASSWORD

Additionally, after creating an account you get another message to save down your password.
If you're using account model (advanced mode), you get a backup file which you must download.

This is a decentralized exchange, there's nothing to recover a password from since there are no central servers involved. You're responsible for keeping your passwords or backups safe! Sorry about your loss.

From first post:

Beta Launch

Supported coins at this moment are BCO, BTC, BTS and BCH, which means that any combination of trading pairs between those coins is available. The full version of CryptoBridge supporting many other coins will launch Q4/2017, assuming enough funding can be obtained.

Do you change your plans or we can expect full version of exchange in December?

Can anybody confirm successful deposit of BCO to cryptobridge 0.9.3 (windows client) ?

I successfully withdrew BTS from Binance directly to cryptobridge 0.9.3, but my BCO withdrawal from Nova is not reflecting (about 10 hours ago, showing 3/3 confirmations on Nova).

Nova has had some delays with transfers from/to CryptoBridge. Could you please PM us the details of your account&transactions, we'll look things up?

PM Sent, thanks Smiley

Fortune favours the bold!
will it be possible to stake BCO holding it on the DEX or I have to download the wallet?
It will only be possible to stake using the functionality on the DEX, as this is an inherent function of the decentralized blockchain on which the exchange is founded.

so wait.
why would I need the -qt wallet if I can stay on the browser wallet and stake there?

Very good question. I don't get it either. Can someone please explain how staking will work?

Very happy with this project. Once the DEX gets more liquidity it will be an amazing tool. There are a lot of growing pains for them to go through but we are at the beginning of this great project.

I have a question. Why bitshare has the identical interface of crypto-bridge.org
Visit BITSHare's DEX link : https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/market/BRIDGE.BTC_BTS
Is there any connection?
Please read the first answer in our FAQ:

CryptoBridge is based on the Bitshares platform.

Couple of questions - hope you can help.

I'm using the Mac client version 0.9.2. Am I affected by the offset in coin calculation? The links on the website for the newer version are not working.

Will I be able to take part in the profit share with the Mac client only or do you have to register for the web version also?
If you mean QT-wallet version then yes, you're affected. Please check in early tomorrow (UTC) for the updated Mac version which is currently being prepared.

Announcing BridgeCoin update 1.0.3 - HARD FORK

We've detected an offset in coin calculation, which would result the number of coins to be larger than 27 million. As we would like to keep the initially promised number of coins, we've decided to modify the blockchain consensus code, which will result in a hard-fork for all nodes using client version older than 1.0.3.

The consensus change only affects coins possibly mined after (and including) block 166954 (estimated time - November 28-29, 2017). All coins mined before that block are and will remain safe.

Again we urge all users, mining pool operators and exchanges to upgrade ASAP or at least before block 166954 in order to avoid disruption. All the nodes behind DEX and our seed nodes have already been upgraded.
If you are not using bridgecoin-qt client, you are not affected. If you're only using the CryptoBridge client you are not affected as well.

Downloads and links to github source code are available at https://bridgecoin.org/#three

You mean block 164954, not 166954, right?

Unprofessional shitcoin trader since 2011

I've made about 15 trades is 3 days and the UI experience is great...
But spammers can pretty much shut it down when you can flood $0.20 bids and cancel costs $0.01...
Every regulated exchange and broker in the world has a minimum order size for a reason... and BCO is gonna need one.

That is a very good point especially once bots are introduced into the mix and it wouldn't take much funding to do it either.
