Lightning Network Keeps Small Crypto Exchanges Afloat

The Lightning network creates special conditions for operation of crypto exchanges in developing markets which allows small projects to choose quality, not quantity.

In general, to be honest, the best development chats are in the discord. Everything is very conveniently made there. Telegram is for increasing the community but normal reviews there do not get a lot of noise of stickers and screams growing up.

You may be right. But everyone has their own preferences. For example, I like Telegram more than Discord. Because everything is easier in Telegram.
