You can pump a coin if you collect more,not if you release your bag and don't buy anymore.

No from what I saw a bit ago, the first wallet dumped most of his coins if not all, and the second wallet has now become the first wallet. So in theory the dump should be over.

I've received 100 CYP after I've opened the wallet @ block 1589.
Then nothing else, usually coin mature after 8/24 h. I don't remember the time for cyp.

I don't see nothing interesting in cryptsy, maybe they just added cypher because of the connection between "encryption" and "crypt"
Cryptsy it's like a dead market, with many trobles. But I agree with you when you say that probably there's something that normale humans don't know.
At least Cryptsy never delist coin so we probably have an eternal node for the CYP wallet.
