I know, many investors wouldn't be happy about 20.000 USD expenses for domain name (I am also not quite happy, but OK).

But... For projects like DASH trust and promotion are very important part of everything! And DASH.ORG name is very significant part of promotion.
Obviously this name will help us to accumulate power, trust and users more effectively than with old domain.

In other words, since this moment DASH.ORG is saving money for all of us - every single day, the best possible way.
We are not hype, we are long-term project so it will give all us more profit than current expenses in nearest years.

DASH.ORG is an important asset and investment.

Pretty cool picking up dash.org.

No mean price tag either.

Was that a good price?  Sure looks steep!  But I know nothing about such things, and it's great we got it.  So I'm not complaining Smiley

Wow, and this was possible because of an outstanding community behind DASH. What great news! Smiley

Agreed!

Yup.. That is a great price.... It's expensive real estate.  Good on the team for this acquisition.

From freevaluator.com (a domain name pricing service). Estimated Value:    $ 94,205.48
As is often the case in crypto, great news brings price declines... how long can the markets remain irrational for again?  Grin

Nazi Germany... All the people together, still terrible.

Even if your little group gains in popularity it will still be terrible.

Nationalism and fascism are terrible.

And on that note so is Marxism and communism.

You can add crony capitalism to that list too.  Bottom line, is that any one theory + force + corruption = failure.

corruption is bold because it's actually the #1 reason for failure beyond sticking to a single economic philosophy that can't possibly fit the world, or even country/state.  Corruption is how all that are in power remain in power when they're not working out.  Because once in power, nobody wants to lose it.

How can that be fixed?  Is it impossible?

I'm hoping that Bitcoin/Dash/etc... have the ultimate answer.  Bitcoin to keep governments honest, Dash to keep the people free.

Well said!!!

I don't think crypto or anything else will keep people honest though.  We are all capable of great evil.

We don't need to keep people honest as much as we need to keep those in power honest (and strip them of that power regularly)  Why I mean by that is, heck, let people do what they do, only come down on them if they are doing things that endanger or hurt or bother others.  When a citizen can't figure out how to live without hurting others, then they can be dealt with.  And let all the citizens see every penny (er... Satochi) spent, let them see the waste, let them withhold the taxes until it's fixed.  Ok, that's seriously over simplified but its a start! Smiley

If most/enough people support FN (or ideas that aren't very far away), by definition it is not extremism.

Crypto is the separation of Power and State.
EDIT:  When Le Pen and FN win the next election, they will by definition no longer be extremist, having demonstrated they represent a majority/plurality of the population rather than an extreme fringe.

Sorry, the definition don't depend on the majorities, depend on facts, positions, statements. They are the garbage of Europe, populism, nationalism, loud voice and no brain. They can do or say wherever to get some attention or votes.

Just like you.

Actually yes, the definition does depend on statistical metrics.  EG, heliocentricism was once considered extremist, but now it is not.

Here, let me help you learn to dictionary.

belief in and support for ideas that are very far from what most people consider correct or reasonable

I know you Marxists believe in socially constructed reality, so this shouldn't be a problem for you to understand.

Unless of course you only believe in definitions of words which suit your rigidly predefined ideological categorization.

"Fascist Extremist"

Oh noes, fascist extremists are the *worst* kind of extremists.  If only they could be more like the fascist moderates!

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

What a curiously redundant phrase.  Most (educated) people realize fascism is an extremist position.

Why do you need to pump up what's already an inflammatory exaggeration?

When you strain so much and Try Hard, it actually undermines your text's persuasive power, because it comes off as pushy and desperate.
