If the D in DASH is going to be a letter C backwards - then it should spin by design

DASH
CASH
DASH
CASH

Doesn't work on print or static images, only animations. There needs to be a static logo.

Point taken -

I guess I should make my stance clear

NO to: DASH

YES to: Digital Cash

I doubt you will be securing any rights to use the phrase "Digital Cash"...

XMR 4hr MACD just about to tip over.

Dump your bags and re-fill in a couple of days if you feel that way inclined.

Thanks to everyone that +1'd my logo.

Here's a bit of an improvement, including what I think would be a good slogan.

Look'n good.   +1

I love the blue one quite a lot because its tilted forward, suggesting movement!!

 The Darkcoin blue

But I REALLY loved the morse code idea for the green logo. Its a brilliant touch!

I think the blue slanted one is awsome. The morse code looks stilted next to it - a bit uncertain of itself. The blue "D" thing nails it.

....another brilliant touch is that the "D" is "C" (for cash) reversed so that its curved side is facing the direction of travel - i.e. "more streamilined than cash".

Just woke up - ugh

Heard John Kerry on the TV just now say that "We have to stop DASH"
I'm sure he meant Daesh but I think that well enough to say NO DASH re-branding !!!!

It would be crypto-suicide

(I'm on page 4412 so I'm sure to be behind a bit, yet to look)
(440 posts behind - ugh)

I do follow some of the mideastern news sources, and it's true, they are all about kicking some DAASH ass..  For another perspective from a woman, I did bring it up to my girl.  She liked the idea/name.. but said a few seconds later that Kim Kardashian would sue us  Smiley   kanye probably already has a lawyer ready to go..

Is there a purpose to being a Darkcoin Foundation Member, is the board the only decision making entity? Since they are not elected and seem to be in very firm control of the future of the coin I would very much like to understand how the structure works, as well as the decision making. In my opinion Evan is the daddy so what he says sorta just goes to a certain extent. But there are a lot of invested parties and I would love some clarification as to how the decision making process works. What is the role of a darkcoin (or dash) foundation member?

We’re absolutely open to everyone’s input and always have been. We would like this process to be 100% transparent as possible. In the community supports it, I would support hiring a firm to handle the rebranding for us. We could allow the firm to engage directly and transparently with the community, then have foundation members vote on the final decision.

Awesome! So Foundation Members, not just the foundation board as I had mistaken?

If I understood correctly, yes, all foundation members will have the final vote.

Yeah, it has the symbol "-", it reads DASH and it has the inverted "C" suggesting cash, and looks good together with other payment platforms. Pretty cool.
