Have you checked that they are synced up and on the right block, are on the right version (0.11.0.14), and have upgraded there wallets to the newest wallet version (61000)?
One of my two vultr MN got a payment today and both have been getting paid regularly after the latest update.
Though i did have a problem where i had to run -reindex on the last update as they were on the wrong block.

Enforcement is currently off, although I have the solution working on testnet. I'll start having the network
update in the morning, then everything will work again.

How exactly do you do this in windows? I tried just downloading the wallet again but it still says version 600001.

Append it to your shortcut or launch the exe file from the command prompt (cmd) with the appended argument.

Stop your QT.
Open cmd, go in the directory where you have your darkcoin-qt.exe and execute :
darkcoin-qt.exe -upgradewallet
Stop you QT.

Then it's ok, just lauch your wallet as you was doing before.
