actually, i too was thinking that trolls have a vested interest in voting no so they are probably holding the votes in their favour. the trouble is, who will moderate?
A newly created account, to which a few active people have access to. And if they get tired of it or inactive, access will be given to new people. The thread shouldn't be started by anyone's private account.

The fees are high which is interesting.
But other than that why it was moved to mintpal and then away is a matter of conjecture.
My personal theory is person moved coins from old wallet to mintpal.
Started new wallet (some people have had really high cpu load when upgrading a wallet - workaround is starting a new one)
Then returned the coins to new wallet an denomination started.
Better ways of doing it.. but that's my theory

Looks like price is rebounding nicely. I didn't understand why DRK dropped so much the other day... yes, all alts were done but DRK was done by a lot more than so many alts that are no where near the same level as DarkCoin.
