It's nonsense. scrypt-n's main selling point is ASIC resistance, and they are right about it. Change N=11 to N=12, render any existing ASICs useless. It'll take the VTC devs about a minute.

I have decided to be the first retail business to accept DarkCoin. We are a single vineyard small lot wine producer in the Okanagan Valley, BC Canada. As well as promoting DarkCoin as a payment option for our new to be released online retail store for the winery. We could negotiate further payment for help to design a portal page on the site for DarkCoin payments.

Can anyone do me a small favour and copy up their command line for darkcoin mining. I've been doing cpu for ages, but trying to setup sgminer is confusing.
It says its working fine, all accepted but nothing is going to the pool so I guess the work is wrong kernel or some switch Im missing

So we could have DRK/fiat exchange with close to zero fees
Or maybe people will start preferring exchanges that give them INTEREST on their DRKs...
"hey, keep your DRK with us... we'll give you interest / masternode profit"... this way small time DRK holders will get masternode income. The drawback would be some degree of indirect centralization of some of the masternodes.
Not a good idea. It's hard enough already to keep people from just leaving all their DRK on exchanges without an interest rate. Too much centralization, too much trust...
