Does anyone have a nice config for Gigabyte 7970 3GB ?

This get me 1.7 Mhs each on 4x rig.

Code:
--thread-concurrency 16768 -I13 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1450 --gpu-powertune 20 -g 2 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --auto-fan --expiry=1 --scan-time=1 --queue=0 2>logfile.txt

I hear I should get 2.0 but I can't seem to make that happen.

using the latest version of the miner makes a big (10%) difference.

it'll show "sgminer 4.1" upon startup.. and typically won't allow manual settings on the gpu's.. nor will it report temps, but man is that 10% bonus hash rate nice!
The new miner shows temps for me. I compiled it myself, but maybe the posted compiled version wasn't compiled with adl?

Too bad one user alone is putting out 3GH. almost getting half of all daily production =\

310 000 khash on the official pool is 0.3 Ghash, not 3.

That's awesome!  Best I've seen so far by a long way.  Nice and solid looking.  I'd be curious to see a 'gold' version where the silver was gold instead.

Gold is for the sun, and daylight.
Silver is for the moon, and darkness.

Yes, I know. I've used the original miner and the updated one. Works perfectly fine on my desktop with a 7850, but my 7950s do nothing but throw out hardware errors. I cannot figure out what the problem is.

I didn't give up. I didn't think it would be a driver issue. I had installed the 13.11 beta drivers mentioned earlier and got nowhere with them. I just tried 13.12 for the heck of it and now all is working well on the 7950s. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone, I do appreciate the help.

Just wanted to let anyone know if you had coins stuck in the small time miner pool, I was just able to get in and withdraw my coins.

Try lowing the mem clock some. 1250 seems to be the sweet spot for my 7970s.

I have a very big problem with temp.. target temp or autofan command doesn't seem to do shite..

2>logfile.tx <--- what does this command do?

exactly

And for those of you having trouble mining, are you using the miners from the front page, or the one recently posted?  It's not scrypt, you must use a darkcoin miner

i will begin compiling a list of srttings regarding cpu and gpu mining
please pm me your cpu and gpu make / model, mem size, config file and startup settings

Can someone explain the ASIC-resistance of DRK? Others use increased memory requirements relative to scrypt. Where does DRK's resistance come from? It uses multiple hashing functions but why can't an ASIC that performs all of them be built? How long will this resistance last?

first of, if you look back on how long it took for asics to take off, with bitcoins

the thing is to implement an algoryth onto silicon takes time, with lots of testing tomake sure everything is working correctly,

therefor, to implement 11 different ones takes even long erime, plus you have to make sure each one behaves correctly when bundled together,
and, that uses even more silicon estate, so more expensive to develope
