Interesting idea, but the blockchain could be huge quite quickly. Are there any easy method to upload or read the data?

agree, would be cool to have an easy to use attach-function

Tools will be build around the original client.
This could be awesome, and yes the blockchain can be big, but guys we are on the BIG DATA era. and nowadays 2TB and 3TB disks are pretty common.

what i'm doing bad?

I've changed "-maxconnections" on both hardcoded nodes. Now they accept 512 + 512 connections. Please try to restart.
Started with 1 connection and in 1-2 min to 0

Interesting coin. If we use it for storing torrent-files, it will be decentralized network to store info for another decentralized network, brilliant!  Grin Seriously, it can be a great foundation for saving info and motivating people to support the network. The only problem is big blockchain, but it could be really stored on servers (hosted by some users), and other users won't hold the whole blockchain on their local computers.

Yes. That's right. Torrents / KAD-hashes / certificates and so other meta-stuff Smiley

I think in next years 500 GB yearly won't be a big problem because the standard for a harddisk will be >5 or even >10 TB.

Yes, you're right. Even now 3-5 TB is rather usual for home PC
