I think you're right! Despite the current btc bullishness, DCR is holding up very nicely
I think DCR finally found the bottom, i'm watching it very closely last couple of weeks
Leaving the speculation aside, i'm amazed, as always, by DCR devs work.

can I import this wallet into a desktop wallet with the seed?

What browser and OS do you use? (i know there were some problems with iOS devices in web wallet)
As for desktop wallet, I'm not sure if devs added import to Paymethus (I think no), but you can use a command line wallet dcrwallet to import your seed. The instruction is here: https://docs.decred.org/getting-started/overview/
maybe I'll try the command line guide later.
