Edit: Don't think it had been highlighted before, though it's few-days-old-news:
We've firmly crossed into 1.000.000+ DCR staking/voting! That's over 30% of all DCR in hoarding mode.  Grin

This is amazing! I believe GUI wallet brings new people to the POS and to the Decred universe  Wink

I'm a CLI fan myself, but I appreciate how a number of people don't really like (or handle?) doing without a GUI, so quite happy for the progress there. Great work guys (and gals)  Wink

A Windows Gui wallet it was recently released but there is no Mac or Linux gui wallet today, so most of non tech guy still leave DCR on the exchanges. And this is NOT a good politics (did I mention Bitfinex?).

web wallet has been available for a very long time. Much better than on exchanges if you don't care about staking

I strongly belive that first of all, DCR need a complete suite of GUI official gui wallet.

There are wallets available for those platforms I believe, you just have to browse the Decred forums to find them.  They're just not the offical ones.

DCR team is so weak in marketing.

Truthfully I don't think they care all that much judging by how it's gone so far, they just seem to be behind the scenes working away at the project.  I'm assuming once things are to a certain level of satisfaction then focus will be directed towards marketing.

I don't think that the decred team do have a weak marketing, the decred forum is awsome and they are building a strong reputation around their product. In my opinion the weak point of Decred is more linked to the user experience.
