I'm not finding this info, but I have a mining rig and am currently mining ETH with Claymore. I'm getting about 100 Mh/s mining ETH. Would that also be 100 Mh/s mining Decred or would it be higher/lower? Trying to calculate my potential DCR earnings.

my r9-280x does about 1.3 ghashps

Ok. I'm guessing that card hashes at around 23 Mh/s mining ETH. You only have one card?

Decred Converter:
https://dcrstats.com/converter

We use 2 price conversions to calculate price in the currency of your choice: We take market price from Poloniex (DCR-BTC) and then calculate its price in USD using Bitcoin-USD exchange rate from BTC-E.com. After this, we convert USD price to the currency of your choice using exchange rates from currencylayer.com

Handy app, thanks.

I don't understand the Dev subsidy even though they have around 800k from the premine.

Though i really like this Coin.

Take a look at this session on official forum. https://forum.decred.org/forums/requests-for-proposals/

The subsidy is for pay the work from members of community and others.

Here are the expenditures: https://forum.decred.org/threads/status-and-expenditures.2864/

You will find all the explanations about DECRED here: https://docs.decred.org/

Premine was supposed to distribute some coins from the beginning, so the PoS voting was decentralized from the start.
Dev subsidy is collected to fund the development throught published requests for proposals - see

https://forum.decred.org/threads/development-roadmap.3835/

I think the dev subsidy is open to anyone to claim for projects that the devs and community agree need to get completed. For instance, there was payouts the first ten or so stake pools that got online, because that was a feature/service that many people wanted, but that work wasn't done by the core development team I don't think.

85 btc buy walls  , next huge pump incoming soon  , see you at 800 000 sat

MRW, the thread is mostly filled with people like this guy who are obvious bag holders.  Rambling hype spam that has no effect on any serious investor, but they just keep going at it non stop like it will make a difference.
MRW, this guy and a few other people keep using the term "buy wall" to refer to the order book total.

Protip:  You want to help price rise?  Hyping gibberish doesn't work.  Talk about the benefits of the coin at various places, the future usefulness, and upcoming news, etc.  Try to put a coherent thought together besides OMG!!11!1! moon, we all rich now, buy buy buy YEAH, we hit the lottery tomorrow!!!  That's going full retard, never go full...

Can you tell us in some words what are the benefits of DCR?

Hello,

I've tried the latest wallet above, currently the blockchain is being sync'd but the problem is at the wallet, how to connect to my blockchain using fsigGUI wallet?
I've got this error while using dcrwallet or fsigGUI wallet:

thorjeus-imac:decred thorjeus$ ./dcrwallet
17:09:50 2016-08-03 [INF] DCRW: Version 0.2.0-beta
17:09:50 2016-08-03 [INF] DCRW: Legacy RPC server disabled (requires username and password)
17:09:50 2016-08-03 [ERR] DCRW: Unable to create RPC servers: no suitable RPC services can be started

Thank you for any helps.

Regards.

You still need to start the daemon first, let it sync, then start the wallet.
