Today is january 22....no numbers about airdrop partecipants.
Can just assume that since aidrop doesn't closed before end date,means that 5k cap wasn't reached.

Well, looks like I was able to sign up, then receive further instructions on how to participate in the airdrop thanks to Decred having layers of defense mechanisms in place including its staff using myriad means at its disposal in verifying my one-question application - what is your email address? I'm still curious as to how I was able to bypass the screening that was assured to be in place AFTER I brought it to attention that folks could game the system. There is no way in hell I should've been able to get an invite with supplying an email address alone.

If you have not confirmed your airdrop and submitted an address by this date, the project cannot include you. Every reasonable effort is being made to wait until the eleventh hour and nobody wants to leave anyone behind who has shown adequate interest, but the doors are closing now.
