Some critics or questions (btw DCR is quite big part of my portfolio)

I see on avg Transaction fee on Bitcoin -"%50 cheaper on Segwit". Is that still truth? I understand over LN it will be close to zero, why not to mention that?

DCR fee is <0.01$. Will it be so low when/if DCR will cost 16K$ like BTC now?

Privacy in development. I thing the same is valid for BTC having in mind offchain privacy and possible improvements in main chain "in development".

A bit interesting - are there any projects/activities that may help merchants to accept DCR? Or VISA cards with DCR support etc? If not - - I propose to speak with Spectrocoin.com who have multicurrency support in their CC. When it is done for few crypto, it is easier to add more cryptos.

Take a look at the "POS Pool Size" here: https://dcrstats.com/

That's how many live tickets there are. I think (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the target number for that is 4096. So, when the pool size is larger than the target and difficulty adjustment happens, the ticket price goes up. If its lower, the price goes down. Obviously it's more complex than that, but that's the jist of it.

Does it's price depends upon the Market Trading or it is controlled by any central authority of Coin?

I don't know the algoritm but after every block it's calculating and you can see the estimated price at https://dcrstats.com
