There is so much wrong with this concept.
People please stop.

Why am I wasting my time.... ok, first he has a 50% premine, and we are just going to trust this guy not to run off with that?
Allright, thats negative mark number one.

Secondly, how is 100% of this coin supposed to equal any established altcoin, let alone 1%?
you think you are going to be able to buy all leafcoin for 1% of this coin?

Thirdly, if this coin does somehow become so valuable that he can buy out several alts (which he can't) then we are then trusting him not to steal the 50% premine that has now become worth millions and millions of dollars?

Fourthly, you can't just buy 100% of any alt coin. Not everyone will be willing to sell, some will have been lost, etc.

Fifthly, Even if you bought 90% of all bitcoin in existence, not only are new coins being mined every day, but that remaining 10% is divisible down to the eighth decimal place. The rest of the world could continue using that remaining 10% of the coin.

Ultimately this is a fucking retarded idea.
Please don't encourage him.

Just had to force payouts at https://del.crunchharder.net because DeleteCoind has the same issue with no reporting unconfirmed balances properly as I described at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5705576

There's no "development teams" behind any of these recent coins, so I will guarantee there will be no fix. Similar coins with this issue are Litebar, Procoin, Aphrodite and now Delcoin and thats only coins I know of. I know this cowboy developer has made a few more.

Thanks for letting me know, I spent the last hour setting up a pool for this, but I will bin it and move on. Good luck, I honestly doubt this coin or any coin with that flaw will go far.

I will be Deleting my DeleteCoin pool.  Smiley

The source was litecoin and I came across this issue with a pool owner earlier. If it is a problem with my code I will fix it. However I think the problem earlier was with the stratum piece on their side not sending params for the getblock. But again im going to dig into it on my side and see what I can find.

Just use the latest stratum release from cryptoexperts, dont use the original one from ahmed. Problem solved. (https://github.com/Crypto-Expert/stratum-mining)

del.poolerino.com is running perfect with this.

Sounds like a dangerous idea to me, might start a bad trend. Assuming it isn't a scam and really is about getting Bitcoin fanatics to pay to delete dogecoin. (lol?) Any exchange that supports it might want to think about their long term future. For that matter, why couldn't Bitcoin be bought up by the central banks and sent into oblivion one coin at a time? It could.

As for worthless alts that get dropped from exchanges, who cares? Do you think any retailer in the world will accept Deletecoin? No, they won't. Cryptsy is already planning on removing low volume alts, and Mintpal already is as well. This is just a problem to create more problems. No offense. It is creative.

Hi guys, I've made a p2pool for deletecoin. We need more hashrate, go for p2pool Smiley

I made a githube for the p2pool, we need more hashrate!
https://github.com/P2PHash/p2pool-deletecoin

P2Pool benefits:

* No registration required
* Distributed hashrate
* Immediate payouts after a block is found
* Higher payouts with transaction fees paid to miners
* No account hack possible

Fee: 1%
Address: p2phash.com:22053
Start mining within seconds! Just point your miner to p2phash.com:22053 and use the GPUcoin address from your wallet for username, the password doesn't matter.

We found our first block!! Come join the party, no payouts problem, get paid after each block directly in your wallet Smiley
