i used both blockchain before fork and after fork wallet ver 2.1.4 and new wallet 2.15 each in old blockchain and newblockchain.
all of them is fail! and this is real accusations! because it happened to me and no one responsible.
i'm not playing game, i rent nicehash power to mine your coin and i don't like trow away my money!
that is why you should understand.
go and tell this thing to your developers to prevent future missed up!

you always talk about importing your wallet. Ever thought about that it can be a corrupted wallet and reimporting via keys?
This can happen for example if you open a wallet after a fork (which we had 2) with an old GUI wallet. Since the updated GUI Wallet is released some days after the fork, some users are impatient and open it with the old version.
It was stated several times, even on github, right above the download link. This circumstance will no longer happen after our 3.0 Release.
There were some users (<10) reporting this problem in the past, and actually this solved their "problem". (seems i need to mention again you should always have backed up keys - this is for all crypto coins ..)
Actually, just to inform you, if a transaction is made, made it inside a valid block that is confirmed by the network, the balance is linked to your wallet on the blockchain. it won´t vanish or something, it´s there, that´s how blockchain works.
As long as you have your keys, we know about no case that proove your accusations.

It will take some days to finish all payments, i will inform you in a seperate announcement when all payments have been sent out.

Please check it and get in contact with the pool owners if the payments were not send. If you can´t find a solution with them , contact me in discord. If i do not reply in a timely matter, it means that i am currently busy. I will get back to you when i have some time.
If they were sent, however, they will be in your wallet.

Did you ever get your DCY? If not, it's a problem with your local wallet / blockchain data. I was on the same pool at the same time and I had to follow Flong's instructions exactly to get my old wallet to update and sync properly... it got all of my payments those days, from the exact same time frame you are reporting on... I can tell you, the pool doesn't seem to have been on a bad fork. I got paid just fine.
The pool paid... which means they are on the blockchain waiting for you... you (the SW) just have to grab them properly. Let us know if you still need help getting your payments?

I have the same problem, too. It has stuck at the same block. At the bottom of the wallet it says "warning: last block received 180+ hours and x minutes ago". It stuck at 29th of june 2018.

You can use the following steps including to get your wallet synced back up. Also, if you run into further issues you can join the Discord for more additional support.

Using the old wallet, go to File -> Backup wallet and save this file to be imported later with the updated wallet.
Make sure you close your wallet.
In your explorer, navigate to C:\Users\>INSERT USER<\AppData\Roaming\dinastycoin
For another layer of safety copy the following files to a safe location:
dinastycoin.wallet
dinastycoinwallet.cfg
dinastycoinwallet.lock
Now delete all the files in the dinastycoin blockchain directory.
Copy the latest Blockchain files to C:\Users\>INSERT USER<\AppData\Roaming\dinastycoin
Start the new wallet.
Allow the blockchain to fully sync.
Now goto File -> Open wallet and choose the wallet backup saved earlier
Allow wallet to continue to sync and you should see your wallet address as well as your prior balance

Our pools are still undergoing maintainence, we are applying hw and sw upgrades, some of you might have seen that we also changed the pool software.
As soon as the new hw and software is set up and finalized, the pools will get back online
DB Backups were made of the pools and all pending balance will be paid. i will give you another info when we start.
