It works! I tested it with Logicoin and also with C-Cex, so seems it's all good to go!
I had to delete the old chain beforehand as well.

Okay guys,
We have what I hope will be a final build ready to release. Just waiting on a test transaction and then we are good to go.
I've hardcoded a few seeds into the wallet so there will be no need for your average miner to addnodes or create a conf file. I've also fixed up the source code to patch both QT5 and QT4 compatability, I've tested a linux QT build and it compiled perfectly. The changes have been pushed to the Logicoin repo and I've created a merge request for the main DuckDuckCoin repo which you can see here https://github.com/duckduckcoin/duckduckcoin/pull/9

As per Jonesd's response above I have compiled the QT from source but we require some upto date peers to connect too as it seems node1.duckduckcoin.com is down and no longer resolves as a DNSSEED.
I have forked the current duckduckcoin source and will update it for QT5 aswell as being backwards compatable with QT4. Dev's can expect this over the next day or so as time permits. What I ask from the current dev team is either a list of working nodes or a new DNSSEED that I can hard code into the wallet before compilation.

We tried compiling a wallet for the latest version of the code, but we cannot find any nodes that connect. Which nodes do the people with the correct MAC wallet use?
