I dont mine this coin , but i just read this , and in the main post it says Algorithms:SHA256, SCRYPT and GROESTL.

The algorithm used is a form of myriad-groestl, which we implemented so pools could use the existing infrastructure in place from Myriadcoin pools.
Sorry but it's myriad-groestl and not groestl.
Algorithms:SHA256, SCRYPT and GROESTL. All mineable on the same blockchain

Don't want to be rude, but NOMP, the mining portal that you're using is not supposed to work in MYR-GROESTL (it works with GROESLT, and yes it's different). I would be very surprised if you find any block...

We've been mining groestl and we sucessfully used
sgminer -k myriadcoin-groestl -o http://localhost:3333 -u dvorak -p x -I 17 -g 4 -w 64

Using this miner (port number should be 62620, no?) I can't seem to get any accepted...
The port listed there was more for pools than miners. Put rpcport=*whatever you want here, normally 3333* them mine to your wallet. (Provided you're solomining)

Everything's fine with this launch. Certainly the SHA256 side of it anyway. The 2.5 minute block average never applies at launch, difficulty has to ramp up. Over time the block-time will average out.
Can you lower minimum payout to 10 or something in your pool? Current 100 coins min. threshold i think i will not reach in a week also Hehe, yes, will do
