According to the Whitepaper these 4 people are only the core members and apparently in their Blockchain Lab there are more members. However I could not find any actual count or any other details. I would also be interested what does their full team look like.

It's a partnership. Almost all kryptal project are partnering before/after their ICO ends. Take a look of ARC volume and Cybermiles, do you think it's not popular tokens?

It depends what you mean by "popular". Yes, they had some hype on ICOs. But they are quite new and still dont have ready product. I can understand if they would be raise money in NEO, NEM, QTUM...

The team considers the stake with a delay of 5-6 days. They have a lot of work to do. But you can not worry, they work very efficiently and responsibly.
