That's why 35M were burned a very long time ago (one year and half ago I think). The premine is 15M now, take a look at the first post, a couple of posts are referenced to explain what the premine is supposed to be used for.

If not for the 50M premine, me and my partners can easily raise this coin and of course increase the network hashrate for its protection. There is really no need for that insane amount of premine. As it appears to me and with my partners ,no level headed investor will get involve in this coin.

i open one support ticket but they dont respond my question about the wallet, its strange cause the wallet working normal in Hitbtc Sad

Yobit's price is like half of HitBTC. I trade there often, but in the past that's been a very bad sign, like no arbitrage possible because you can't get the coins off the exchange for no one knows how long. But in one case the coin was not even anywhere near what the market price was for months, like it was a bad investment, and wasn't tracking the good growth the coin was elsewhere seeing. So, I guess we have to pay the higher HitBTC to be safe.
