I get depressed seeing things like non developer coins are taking off and we're barely move

it is interesting to see a user with legendary status putting comments like this

how about you go back, think a little bit, and come back with the new statement

Why should he? He's right you know. So many crap projects out there are gaining value for no discernible reason and will be gone before you know it while EMC2 with a full team of developers is always playing catch up. At the moment, the market likes "new and flashy" not experienced and useful. It is a shame but, it won't last forever. The value of this project will shine eventually...

I am not saying that he is not right about crap projets rising in value, but I expect that whoever is in crypto for more than one year should know the mechanisms behind it

A lot of newcomers are looking for the next "get rich quick" coins.

The problem is that by "quick" they mean weeks, they cannot even wait month, and let's not even mention years. In spite of being far from ATH now EMC2 is still 10-20X higher than one years ago.

Ah yes, when you put it that way, I do see your point. But, even knowing the way it all works, there is still an emotional variable we have to take into account...

No, I understand emotional side too, but over the time you also learn how to manage that.
For example you can consciously choose to either go to Vegas or Atlantic City, or to buy some crappy coin (gembitz can recommand tons Smiley ).

On other side you can invest and support good projects and have good but not instant return. Plus good projects also throw parties once in a while.
At the end you are always better to stick to the team that is rolling forward. You get good of both worlds (excitement and the value), plus if you join the dev team, you meet and make a lot of friends all over the world.

And with good people around you, you can not be depressed.

hey i puffed this " good project" from 20 satoshis to 2O,OOO!!  Shocked ~ even when people called it dogshit i stayed true to the game Wink weeee gogoggo emc2222222<<

medicine and innovation in our time is very useful and need a thing, it is very encouraging that more and more blokchain is being applied in this environment, also the search for candidates plays a major role in any project

To make it very clear:

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/emc2/address.dws?EKnqTC9XEuucZEhD3miDGnbJxBptcxhByA.htm

A full history of the Foundation Wallet. You can see quite clearly that no funds have been removed from the wallet since May 19th, 2017 when 100,000 coins were spent on marketing (a total of $3,000 at that time). Prior to that, there were only 4 instances of withdrawals:

- April 6th, 2017  222,222 EMC2 (USD Value of $1098.66)
- Dec 2nd, 2016  365,000 EMC2 (USD Value of $365)
- July 4, 2016     1,974,843 EMC2 (USD Value of $3748.25)
- March 3, 2016  200,000 EMC2 (USD Value of $66)

The new team took over in 2017, so is responsible for withdrawals totaling $4,098.66.

If you have issues or concerns regarding past events we want to reiterate that the current group of people running the Foundation were not associated with this project prior to 2017.

Furthermore, we encourage all those who are genuinely interested in seeing this project succeed to get in touch with us directly and become part of the family. This currency is about openness and inclusion.

We are ushering in a new era of transparency, and the Foundation is committed to this effort. We do not want people looking for information regarding this, or any other cryptocurrency, being misled by false rumors, comments or anything else not backed up by facts. We kindly request that all in this forum refrain from doing such.

WHO NOW CONTROLS THAT WALLET? (*crickets*) ... EXACTLY = YOU MISSED THE BOAT ... WHEN YOU PLANNING ON DUMPING YOUR BAGS? HMMM

"OPENNESS AND TRANSPARENCY" MY ASS LOLLLL YOU ARE NOT A NON-PROFIT SORRY TO BREAK IT TO YOU ~  I GOT BANNED FROM YOUR TELEGRAM CHANNEL WITHIN MINUTES OF CALLING YOU OUT ON YOUR BULLSHIT!!

The foundation controls the wallet, and the history is public, which is precisely why no can accuse us of 'dumping' coins.
