Hello, for the past month or so, I have been using Bter to trade altcoins.
I have never ran into any problems, and all my withdrawals have been processed very quickly.
I believe that this exchange is being run very well.
Thanks for the great trading experience.
This happens to me too. It goes from processing, to disappear, but then like 30 min or so, it will show the funds. I think this is normal.

a button "hide all zero balance coins"
and zero balance coins are those with
Balance + In Orders + Pending(Withdraw/Deposit) == 0

Bter has many pairs, hiding all zero balances will make the balance pages so easy to read.

I have been waiting 6 hours to withdraw Zetacoin. If I have to wait another 5 hours then I will get this exchange shut down for good.

Update: both deposit and withdrawal got resolved for me with some delay (1-3 hours). Obviously some issues today, but they still process them, just for those who are in the same situation.
