I don't know whether it's just my browser but the Deposit page has been static this whole time(probably waiting to be refreshed) even though i have already received the coins exchanged. Shouldn't it be showing the progress of the whole exchanging process automatically?

I wanted to exchange my BTC from electrum wallet to Ether. The problem is the funds are in two different addresses and electrum will automatically make the transaction have 2 input (sender) addresses. On the Exolix page, a single sender address is required. Does it matter if i put in any address?

I appreciate the response. I hope you dont find my query quite offensive, as I only stating what I feel about when this kind of scenario happened. As you can see, not only anonymous exchange got have issued with protection, even huge exchanges experienced these (centralized known) aftermath. I can see your effort to promote and market exolic as I can always saw your banner on some users here and of course that's how I got into your platform.
Anyway, looking forward to use your platform and as you mentioned about the refunds, I will take your words for it in case the problem isn't occur on the client side that you will guaranteed refund for your users. Thank you again and have a nice day.

If a user suddenly got issues with his transaction, how are you going to resolve issues since you are not asking any type of identity?
How will you know that person is the owner of that transaction and not imitating someone?
Also, how long are you holding (max holding time) for each transaction (sending of funds) before it times out and restarts again?

Thank you for your question. In this case, the user must send us the transaction ID, if necessary, we can ask for the wallet addresses and verify them. There is no problem with this.

I'm not against anonymity especially the creator of bitcoin is one of those anonymous person in crypto world. But exolic is a centralized exchange is it? In terms of legal aspect how can you assure the users that in case of event that exchange suddenly breached or hacked. Is there any guaranteed for the users to have such refund? Of course they dont even know the team that they can lean on if something goes south.
This is somehow a hybrid type of exchange almost similar to dex in terms of being anonymity but centralized in nature of trading. Looking forward to use your exchange in the future. Hoping for your response with my query.

There are a lot of exchanges which offer this kind of service. Exolix is not the only one here. There is no problem with this because they are providing a service only. If FBI would seize, they would seize the mixing site at first. The coins & tokens listed in the exchange site are top in the market. I want to ask you do you guys already bought a good amount of tokens from the market so when a large whale tries your site you will be able to fill up the order? I see there is a minimum amount for trades .01BTC But I don't see any max trades feature. How do you complete an order of 10BTC? Some tokens will go 2x if you want to buy from the centralized exchanges.
