Ok but your computer connects to the internet and you use email both possible vectors to your otherwise secluded lifestyle. But lets go further what exchanges do you use ask them the same question I gave in my first post. Some of them don't even use SSL Again your issue is still being looked at and this would be a way more productive conversation than putting your username in a public forum. Not really the place to give you the best support and I am hoping to find that your issue can be easily solved.

Your issue is being looked into but as we have many fail safes in place for withdraws to include they need your password to withdraw then they need your email to confirm and of course if you use 2 factor authentication, which everyone should, they need your cellphone to confirm. In most of these cases someone got your password and your not using 2 factor authentication. How would they get your passwords well if you use the same password on pools forums and exchanges many of them are not securing them very well....to say the least. Try this ask your pool or exchange to give you your password and if they can tell you what it is well you can guess the rest. Your issue however is not closed and as we are investigating this for you I would stick to the support channels before raising the alarms. Email me personally at [email protected] but I am pretty sure I responded to you about the investigation on your ticket.
