Hello. Bye.
So I sent out 4 Eths last night and only one was received. I have txt id and I'm trying to open a ticket support but it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. But I know that my password is 100% right because Im signing into my account. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

The support website id/password is NOT your poloniex userid/password.  You have to sign up if you didn't already

thats odd. So I have to make a new account with a new email to get support?

I thought it was just me that was being ignored by poloniex support.  Makes me wonder if they are cashing out peoples assets on other exchanges while they leave everyone hanging.  I have over $1000 on there.  I had such respect for the exchange and am sad to see this turn of events with so many users being left hanging.

I don't think they realize that if they run with the loot there are alot of brilliant users that will get screwed and be looking for them all over the world.

Update on this withdraw issue
Mkay .. poloniex still wanna f*ck me.....

But i'm not the one who let this happen w/o consequences.

So, the latest ticket i created was #389352, i got an email reply nearly _instantly_ and the reply brought it to the max for me.

Full disclosure over here: https://pastebin.com/DG3UFKvB

tl;dr: "Awaiting Approval" because of concerns about the security of my account... what the f??

Read the paste, you will understand...

My litecoin finally got paid out yesterday evening in Litecoin block 1,271,809 hash e30581a775ed1455505546841f9608a322cf643751a8d841cec53249e6dedb46...

So far so good, the remaining doge and bch can stay there ... that's no more than around 18$US .. nothing i urgently need or wanna do something about..

Still my advice is, avoid this exchange.

have fun.

Many people have earned a lot with Poloniex and continue day trading, without withrawing or only BTC, so everything is fine for them.

I'm still using the site, but have only left on it a sum I'm ready to lose if it all goes down in flames.

Well, i even had to wait weeks for a bitcoin withdrawal .. so .... nope, even bitcoins can cause trouble...

Maybe USDT may be a difference? but i don't think so...

So I don't think its time to panic just yet.. I think you just need to figure out how to escalate your ticket (either by contacting busoni/tristan or the arbitrator directly).

For anyone else reading this, you should probably only try to contact them directly if there is a huge amount of money stuck in withdraw awaiting approval.

Goodluck!

So they are ignoring clients on purpose (blocking requires action on their part).

This is looking worse by the day.

Hopefully we can get some statement about the withdrawal issues
by then they can take a look at CrocodileCash, there's talk about the hole CrocodileCash community to do a mass request effort for polo

==============================================================

CrocodileCash did start a a smal project and have grown in support  by getting more ppl involve and independent developers joining
by building games,Faucet & add CrocodileCash  to there own crypto project.

CrocodileCash have become a join effort to build a transparent & honest community with the intention to give anyone a opportunity to get involve in the crypto world in fair way

They are having way too many withdrawal issues. I would be extremely wary of Poloniex at this point.

My last ticket took more than 60 days to resolve ETC deposit issue. Now I am stuck with BTC withdrawal since last 10 days and no response as usual. They do not resolve any issue before 60 days as per my experience. They are earning a lot But no ready to spend anything on support.

I've make a withdraw of ~0.52 ETH at 2017-09-04 08:19:21.
Status Complete is shown now.

But I've not received it yet and TXID still does not exist on etherscan.
3.5 hours passed...

Wait... What?
Are they still listing coins with all the problems they have?

Based on their official news on the site and on their twitter account, the latest added coin is ZRX (added on August 18th). Seems that there is no more added coins after that. Obviously, they should fix all the problems they have instead of focusing on new coins that are going to be listed.
Surprisingly, their volume is still high compared to other exchange even though they have so many problems. Just curious, are those real volume or just a fake volume?

Probably real volume. I believe there are still some people out there that doesn't know about recent withdrawal issue and still think everything is smooth. IMO, no one could learn about this issue unless they follow this thread, which we have to admit, not really on every user's agenda.

Or maybe some users know about the issue and decide to accumulate while waiting for the issue to be sorted out.
