24 Days no response on withdrawal issue. Said they were syncing the wallet.... 24 days ago.
This a shit Exchanger ever i known , suddenly lock my account while doing withdraw my balance, and no respon form support either

I had same situation like yours around 3-months ago while my poloniex account got locked. When i sent the ticket, they told me if i didn't linked my poloniex other account to my main poloniex account, then after waiting for 1 month i got my poloniex account unlockedPolo support team must be zombie
Was the other account active? Have you been using it at all?
POL down? I can not create nor cancel orders via the website or the API's.
I have sent 3 transaction in ETH from dwarfpool to poloniex:

I believe that poloniex is a SCAM.

Yes, it is blocked on my computer as well by (Malwarebytes). I had access yesterday and there was no issue. That's a bit suspicious.

Well, according to them, they want to focus all of their staffs to the support desk, hence the trollbox deactivation and (possibly) the lack of response here. But by time, I started to wonder about the efficiency of that decision

Been trying to get 10k+ USD worth of coins off Polo since the 3rd week of June. ticket #250242. support has been virtually no help

WITHDRAWAL HISTORY: Processing SC since 2017-07-19 , level 2, 2FA enabled. They don't send my money, so not back, you were chosen or lucky.
For me they are SCAM EXCHANGER until they pay.

So I sent out 4 Eths last night and only one was received. I have txt id and I'm trying to open a ticket support but it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. But I know that my password is 100% right because Im signing into my account. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?
The support website id/password is NOT your poloniex userid/password. You have to sign up if you didn't already

A new account, yes, but I don't think it is necessarily have to be a new email address. You can use the same email address as your polo account
