How about canceling it? Because it is still on that "awaiting confirmation" status, it means the system still think that you hadn't click the confirmation link, right? (Although if I remember correctly, the link will expire after certain amount of time?) So what about clicking thr cancelation link on your email or, if it is possible, ask a new link (I mean like "resend verification code" if there any) and use the newest link(s) to cancel all your withdrawal

the 1st one 11bitcoin = there is confirmation email
the 2nd one dash = there is no confirmation email at all

I moved to https://tuxexchange.com, its great and does not lag.

It also has 0% maker fee, active support and they are a registrated Canadian company.

Its def. one of the best exchanges I tried!

Poloniex has all kinds of issues. Apparently DDOS attacks. Time to stick with bittrex. Better coins on there anyways.

Bittrex also has way higher limits.

what's up with level 2 verification, i submitted verification request 2 month ago, and it say "incomplete" already submitted ticket 1 month ago but no one from support give damn. i don't know why this exchange is so populer. and i can't even send msg to trollbox it just doesn't send msg. no i'm not banned from trollbox.

I haven't got any problems either. 'till they locked my account and for 2 weeks I get no response back. They locked my account right after I made a withdraw and was waiting for it to be approved.

As far I see withdrawal and deposit issue are up to ~4 days support delay or so...
Verification is a lot longer... they are still stuck, in 2 weeks I see support ticker ID rise by 30 000

i was muted on troll box about a few minutes ago when i complained about my 7 bitcoin withdraw.

this can't be real... almost 20 hours of waiting

20 hours? you sir make me laugh. I posted a withdraw over 2 weeks ago. And guess wat, the next day after making the withdraw my account was locked.
Tickets aren't answered....

There seem to be a lot of problems across the board - especially with BTC transfers, I think there are a lot of scaling issues that we see - both with Poloniex and Bittcoin - Polo need to be more transparent with the issues to improve confidence in their platform.

I can now understand why they have been delisting so many coins if they have such a large capacity issue...
