Polo close all my previous tickets, but still i have not receive the 11-bitcoin i'm supposed too since  29april2017, so its been 17days

~snip~

Their traffic seems fine right now, I can trade smoothly, place buy and sell orders of NXT several times and it worked as how it used to be, so I figure they're cleared their issue. And about your ticket, maybe it's a stupid suggestion, but since they close them all, why don't you open a mew one? Maybe they intentionally close every ticket to "reset" the ticket submissions that became chaotic and we are supposed to submit a new one?

they left 1 ticket open, but refuse to reply at all 18days now

My Level 2 verification already takes 2 months, no response, admins in trollbox are banning and no way to stop this disrecpetfull shit. I can not freely withdraw, all trading affected, withdrawals affected, separate thread here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/poloniex-level-2-verification-takes-2-months-1917961

Cryptocurrencies need decentralized exchanges like the dark ages needed vaccines.

Every person in the crypto community will be uncomfortably familiar with ongoing exchange theft, attack, and fraud.
One in sixteen Bitcoins have been stolen.
As Poloniex demonstrated recently, centralised servers are vulnerable to DDOS attacks, or occasionally just cannot cope with demands on their systems.
Mt. Gox, Bter, Mintpal, Cryptsy, Bitfinex, and an alarmingly long list of other exchanges have significantly damaged confidence in cryptocurrency, diminished exchange liquidity across the board, and lost millions of dollars of customers’ funds.

Decentrlaised exchanges cant come soon enough! With an already working DX and a hard fork in a few weeks, this is the future.

Posting this for those that are interested. It could NOT be more timely!

Somehow I have a gut feeling that Poloniex might recover from their "growth pains".
One Moderator said Poloniex has all together 40 000 users..
The rise of bitcoin has attracted newbies to crypto which has been spilling over also to Poloniex.

Some of the loans that were stuck with me has just been repaid... The lending market looks still strange though (as there has been for a while a high bid and low asks which has not been met).

Anyone lending on POLO should realize that return of his loan is not guaranteed. You are lending to traders who buy millions of dollars worth of s**tcoins like STR and DOGE, and should factor risk of trader's default into calculations.
I didn't try lending yet - but was considering it - will certainly leave it for now - I hope that you guys get your funds back - I wonder if there is much protection from default

Well, I finally got a reply from Polo & things started moving  Roll Eyes

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies for the delay in responding.

Please note that withdrawal approvals often take up to 24hours, typically they're cleared much sooner. Unfortunately this wasn't the case here but I can confirm that your withdrawal is now complete.

There are many reasons why this can happen but as you have 2FA enabled then you will certainly minimise the potential for it to happen again for future withdrawals.

We appreciate your patience.

Now my requests are approved vert fast, i'm still using 2k limit per day which is just about 1.1 BTC  Cheesy
Hope the story with Polo is going to have a happy end, too much is at stake.

i got stuck my btc on poloniex too, since 3 day! that is so frustrading and opened a ticket since 3 days without ANY answer!
I don't think you will get faster answer from here, the fastest way how to deal with them only through their mods on their troll box or from their support ticket (I know your feel, my problem was solved after i have waited for 1 month).

Why is new coin so hard to enter poloniex?
I asked, lots of new coins popping up,But it's so hard to get on the poloniex list, why ?

No one knows why. Why did they delist 10 coins last week. I assume they will add if they feel they can pump it lol
Because poloniex only listed some of good altcoins which aren't considered "shitcoin" IMO. Busoni (Poloniex's Owner) is the only one know what's the exact reason why poloniex don't want to add coin too much.
they say alwayse the same thing , we have problem and you have to wait! At the moment nothing i can do really...i dont want to have an anwer here but just to inform other people!

ok problem solved to me they did sent today the btc

I think in moments like these putting bids under the market price it has a good chance to get filled on these sudden dumps caused by the panicers and FUDsters.  The best chances are in the coins that are margin traded since those tend to get the biggest peaks/deepest valleys.

In Stellar (for instance) there was some nice arbitrage opportunities but to fully utilize them you need to have also the underlying coins in the other exchange so that the pauses on withdrawals will not screw your trades.

Go Big or Go Home.....
A LOT of people are pissed at them. The lag (people are not believing it was DDoS) and inability to trade for the most of the past 5 days has caused lots of losses. Mostly from shorts (which is funny because people who short should be shot anyways  Cheesy), but still. A loss is a loss.

I put some bids to the alts in case there is a panic... I put my bids on prices I am willing to take the coins (and no need for cancelling the bids).

I just had to wonder if they cannot cover the amount of BTC withdrawals placed on them when there is such a demand to pull out and sell. If so, then where are the customers BTC?

They should always have enough coin ready for all customers even if a run on BTC withdrawals. Otherwise one might suspect they are using BTC funds for other things and are unprepared for such an instance. Who knows, but it sure feels that way.

Since my withdrawal was approved, I have yet to attempt to withdrawal again, But I will not let it get that much again. I am going to remove BTC more often in smaller amounts. If anymore problems I am going back to Bittrex.
