There seem to be a lot of problems across the board - especially with BTC transfers, I think there are a lot of scaling issues that we see - both with Poloniex and Bittcoin - Polo need to be more transparent with the issues to improve confidence in their platform.
I can now understand why they have been delisting so many coins if they have such a large capacity issue...

poloniex is very laggy today. slow to trade, slow sending confirmation emails and slow to pull out coins.

Did POLO shut down API access? It is slow and buggy and doesn't work most of the time for the past few days.

Trading on this exchange without level 2 verification is a nightmare. Congrats to those who have attained it.

Well mine finally went through about a week ago .. took ~ 2 weeks to get approved and about 5 support tickets, lvl 2

Their traffic seems fine right now, I can trade smoothly, place buy and sell orders of NXT several times and it worked as how it used to be, so I figure they're cleared their issue. And about your ticket, maybe it's a stupid suggestion, but since they close them all, why don't you open a mew one? Maybe they intentionally close every ticket to "reset" the ticket submissions that became chaotic and we are supposed to submit a new one?
they left 1 ticket open, but refuse to reply at all 18days now
