My sad story - for some reason the emails from polo were being blocked by att/bellsouth/yahoo and started march 1, 2017 for me. Tried to with draw some, just some, of my btc balance.
Was told I have to create a sub account - already done trying to get a transfer
and by default they are linked.
Then told to link the accounts that were already linked - uh - they are!
Next told you have to do a withdrawal ( remember I can't get emails) to the deposit address of the sub account. - *Sigh* DONE
Then days later after asking wth is happeniong was told - OBTW...to do the transfer , I need to enable 2fa on the sub account .(first i heard of this) OK _DONE
Even later ...the withdraw still not executed, reply was thanks for waiting the ticket has been escalated to another agent.
Then I get an email off the chain of support emails for the ticket that simply said hello, no name reference that they had received a "name change"
it really appears they are expecting me to give up and go away, at least that's the feeling I get.
Too much money involved
I've tried the Mod route, some try, others just refer you back to support or suggest dogging them in the email .
chain of the ticket.
I had heard of the poor support of poloniex...I just never thought I'd be a "victim" of it.
i understand these modern times how to be patient and comply with email exchanges of support people...but this one has gone on way too long.
I thought someone said somewhere on this thread (one or two pages behind, but I am currently not in mood to flip through pages just to ensure because i am already sure it is there) that enabling 2fa (first time I heard polo have this feature too) will "negate" the necessity of confirming via email. Have you tried to use your primary email, then WDing with 2fa?
A little suggestion, maybe you should try to withdraw in form of other crypto, like doge for example, maybe -just maybe- the process will be easier
