Wow. Bad news Poloniex delist this project but good news when I reed the statement. I think this project has huge potential and if the devs start a greater communication with the community and some marketing they will reach the CMC rank they deserve (which is far away from the actual rank they have)

We believe that it was a mistake on Poloniex's part to add us within that list of abandoned altcoin projects and then remove us from the exchange. At the same time, we don't count out the possibility that we were also at fault for not marketing FLO better. We are currently talking with the Poloniex team to see what we can do in this regard.
FLO has been active in this space for the past 5 years, with development being pushed almost on a daily basis. There was no ICO nor Premine involved at launch. The development team had to mine and purchase the tokens from the exchanges like the rest of the community.
We are doing everything we can to release updates and to form partnerships in a space where we have to compete with blockchain projects that raise large amounts of capital in a short time and who are able to accelerate the development and get listed on top cryptocurrency exchanges at a very fast pace

They seem to be throwing the project if i understand correctly that some of the developers have already left, which means that all investors on the sinking ship are. I would get out of the project and sell everything.

Quite interesting news, that would not say many all still revolves around bitcoin and it is not soon moved from the first place. There are very few good programmers and they need to be followed and enticed out to as much as possible.

We also have plans for lightning on FLO since the segwit update, it's lower priority to other protocol code though, but definitely something near the top of our list ⚡️⚜️
Why does FLO need Lightning? Even if it increases 100x it can still do sub-penny micropayments.

Florincoin is one of the most elaborate and promising coins, but the wallet is still an uncomfortable situation! Is it possible in the near future some light client? It's not interesting to download the bitcoin blockchain to have access to this coin, because my goal would not be technical, which is normal! There are people with financial goals and applications! Flocash is the name that is on the site! Will there be a change in the name soon?
