Thanks to a known bug, some blocks are not paid automatically. I will manually process those shares sometime during the day.
cgminer tells me that the pool is not providing work fast enough. Also, lots more rejects/stales compared to other pools for me, same settings. Any chance of stratum?

thats a lot of invalid shares.. Perhaps turn up the difficulty? or incorporate something like VARDIFF from wemineltc?? Lot of loss of shares.

you know even when the pool becomes really large like 100 Mh/s +, it would be fun to have for example a 2% fee, and give back a few FTC bonus to each one that wins a block. Even if it is a small number.

The DNS looks to be resolving properly now.
I just modified the main IP for the server. So, you will need to re-connect miners, or reboot and re-connect the miners.
