I wouldnt worry, koinify said the Gemz will not be lost, just a little more involved to withdraw.

Guys im having a disaster I have tried to log into my gemz account via this link https://koinify.com/#/project/GEMZ, as I wanted to check on my 5000 Gemz that I bought from you when you were doing the sale a few months ago and I cant log into my account on there and there is no trace of my gems, this is really frustrating I saved my details and they say there are incorrect on the site, this is impossible as I never changed them my email address that my 5000 gemz is on is '*****@hotmail.co.uk' and I still have the password for the account.
When I try to recover my account on koinify it asks me for a 'Master Phrase' which is something that I was never given when I purchased my gemz?
I dont even know where they are now please help guys.
I have just seen that you posted on twitter 'Reminder: You have until July 30th to withdraw your GEMZ.'
I didnt withdraw my gemz where are they now?

Contact help on Koinify. I know nothing but I expect they can recover your gems but you have to ask them.

So, why did I have to get a new user name after the BIP32 change or whatever? I can't change it to my old username, it says it is taken.
Also, when I send an invite it doesn't include a link in the text, it just does like:

This has caused a huge amount of confusion when searching for users on our platform. Now, your new GetGems username will be the same as Telegram’s so you can search for users easily and quickly.
Unfortunately a Telegram user already had your name, you can change your username in the setting tab.
What is your GetGems username? We would like to solve the "Hey, let's switch to GetGems %1$d" bug you are experiencing asap.

Now both your GetGems and Telegram username are pilot_UxTpB (you are able to change your username at any time from the setting tab)

Users don't need to know other users GetGems username if they have their phone number in the contacts list.
Usernames help find and chat with other users without knowing their phone number.

I was worried that Gems wasn't flying from the start with Airdrop etc fully operational. But now i think its better to get the app right at this stage and hit the ground running once the app is pristine. Then I think the uptake has the potential to go pretty fast and also get publicity then. The big take away is that behind most overnight success is usually a lot of hard work. In Crypto people want instant results, the reality is a quality tech business takes time.

If you have iOS search within the app for me Cyb3rpunk or peled1986 and you will be added to the iOS beta testers where the iOS dev is active.
When I search for you, I get nothing. Ok, if I do secret chat I can find you.
What's with the search, does it have to be exact match?
Do I search for a user under the Contacts screen or message screen. Ok, I found you, the search is pretty strange.

Do u have iOS or Android, i think it's better to join Google+ group where you can directly report it to the Android dev if you have Android, he is very active there, see GetGems Alpha Testers on Google +.

I you tell me what device and os you have i can report the invite issue.
I am on iOS.
I would also like to get my original username back. Is there anyway for that to happen? I thought I had 25 gems from when I signed into the app originally, but I could be mistaken. I show 5 now that I got when I upgraded to the new wallet format.
I have messaged peled but he hasn't responded to me.

Both Android and iOS look phenomenal, i think this together with Mycelium are the top 2 wallets in the business. Need to get used to the Android header font though.
lol good to know, the default getgems font is good enough, thought they changed it.
