No there is no real maximum but if we had to put it a cap it would be around 10BTC. Please do not send any more than that. Also any amount over .1 will qualify.

Scrpyt N or Jane would be nice, avoid asic as long as possible.
Why? What is wrong with ASIC's? They help secure the blockchain better...
asics rape the difficulty of the coin, making it unattractive to newcomer miners.
It can also be very cheap to get ASIC's though as well as things like cloud mining... There are ways around difficulty problems.

How do you plan on distributing IPO funds from people sending BTC directly to you?
All they have to do is send the BTC and message us. Then at launch we will have a list of names/amount to send to and you just send us your address, we will then send in a few installments to preventing mass dumping.
