When trying to retrieve Helium from having Spreadcoin in the wallet I've heard you have to sign a message to SPR admins. Does anyone have a guide or can link me to a guide for exactly how to do this if it available to do right now? I don't want to mess this up. A PM would be much appreciated!

Just be patient Cheesy and it will come Cheesy

haha this unprofessional exchange cost me thousend of € because i wait now 7h+ for withdrawel and still nothing omg this was the last time i used cryptopia...

the same situation here Sad Really unprofessional exchange and hlm choose such poor exchange Sad

Never more cryptopia

The whole snapshot process was smooth and successful. Dumping SPR on the market, the price crash and transfer issues were expected, everything happened as it was predicted. If you expected to be able to move your coins quickly when 30% of the total supply is in transfer, sell them when nobody is buying then that is your nativity and has nothing to do with Cryptopia, Helium or anyone else.

oh its not cryptopias fault when my withdrawel history say since 9h+ now completed but there is nothing in block explorer... so it should say pending! now i have no coins at cryptopia and no coins at the new address.. if they make a good job they let me cancel the withdrawel and let me use the coins on there exchange. but no. now i can do nothing just wait.

and i made the withdrawel before they changed the wallet status to Maintenance

you wanna say its my fault Huh Huh Huh  Roll Eyes

No, it is nobody's fault... Cryptopia broadcasted your withdrawal request, after that step, nothing else they can do, not really possible to cancel a transaction. The transaction was passed to the blockchain which is overloaded at the moment, it will take several more hours to push through such a huge amount of transactions.
Coins never disappear, it will arrive to the Bittrex wallet, but much later.

Dumping SPR is a definite mistake...but there were some massive dumps of huge bags. There must be a lot of Helium out there now. Roll Eyes

Anyone know of future plans for SPR?

I think you should ask in the SPR thread on bitcointalk or in the spreadcointalk forum.

I would not be surprised to read an announcement from the SPR dev in the coming days about the route he wants the coin to take, but unless he finds at least another developer, I have little hope it will materialize.

Everybody should recognize the price of SPR over the last 6 months or so was heavily influenced by the upcoming HLM drop. Its fair value is probably closer to 5K sat - and that already takes into account the hope of a new roadmap. Without, it is one of a gazillion altcoins without utility or future. Personally, I believe the time is coming to an end where coins could survive on a fan-based that liked a new algo or other feature. IMO, in the future, only those coins will hold any value that can show a business case.

I got into SPR exclusively to get HLM hopefully cheaper than buying post-drop. I have grown to like the artwork and wallet of SPR, but apart from that, I don't know what it stands for. Therefore, I dumped most of my bags immediately after they were released at Cryptopia.

HLM on the other hand has excellent leadership, enough developers and a forward-looking roadmap. It's not simply trying to be yet another masternode coin.

Can you expand a bit on that? I was also under the imression that this is a regular Airdrop...

It was a economical fork - you got as many HLM as you held SPR and could keep the SPR. So, it was kind of similar to how BTC holders received BCash beginning of August. No Spreadcoin -> no Helium.

Big thanks to you, coins101 and team. I found the swap was very well done and for me went without a hitch. You guys rock  Wink

Hi.
I waited for the snapshot and after this when i`m seeing how low the price was on the Cryptopia I bought  more SPR and did transfer the whole to my local wallet (not to another stock exchange ).
and now havent any SPR coin on Cryptopia or my local wallet.
What i must do ?
You will only have to wait or contact Cryptopia support but i believe when their wallet is out of maintenance you will get your coins

This is no airdrop where you simply sign up and receive coins. You need to hold Spreadcoin right now to receive Helium later.

My SPR finally arrived Bittrex, price too low now thinking to sell or not Undecided

I wouldn't sell... I think price might recover somewhat. I'm not sure we'll see over $2, at least for a while, except for any future announcements.

But I think you'e probably selling yourself short by dumping, especially if Helium price starts looking good. Smiley

i don't think will recover too much max 20k satoshi, spreadcoin now is a pump and dump
Spread coin have tank hard after the distribution if the price of 20k sat is the best it can do, hope that HML have a better price to compensate what was lost  from the dump.

Never. Except right now. lol, oh you!

I got super lucky I think I got first or 2nd dump on Cryptopia, I only sold to 30k. I have like 10% left of my original SPR holdings to offload still. Sold most of it on the pumps pre-snapshot.

not exactly Cheesy cryptopia have problems and because they have problems i have now a problem. but its not my fault.
i meant i had never a problem that was my fault Cheesy

you was lucky me was at work at this time. came 1h later home..

Just wanted to verify that if we had spread in our wallet when the snapshot was taken we will be able to import the info when the helium wallet is released and receive helium?

Trading for 4 years, send test tx's any time there's a known risk of something not going right - new address, new service, or an event as huge as a massive coin swap with outrageous volume compared to what the market normally supports.

Obviously your "not wasting time" policy turned out to be a winner, aye?  Roll Eyes

no winner and no loser XD it make atm no difference if my coins are stuck or at cryptopia because soo low price and no buy support there.. only idiots dumped there at these low prices^^

risk of something not going right.. hmm i must be a really lucky man that i never have problems Cheesy
the only time i make test sendings is when i install a new wallet and use it for first time if this work i make never again a test send. and because i dont have coins now is not my fault because i made no test its cryptopias fault because they cant handly that much withdrawels..

Trading for 4 years, send test tx's any time there's a known risk of something not going right fucking me, so anytime the following are involved: significant USD value, new address, new service, or an event as huge as a massive coin swap with outrageous volume compared to what the market normally supports.

Obviously your "not wasting time" policy turned out to be a winner, aye?  Roll Eyes

Who doesn't do test transactions before sending real value? Cmon mate...  I'm in the same boat but only have 10 SPR stuck in limbo. Really wanted to save that .01 SPR tx fee eh?

ME!
i never do this and have in 3 years no problem Wink  if you know what you do a test transaction is waste of time.

i have something better to do than sending 1000 test sendings in a week XD

atm it make no difference if i have my coins at cryptopia or stuck anywhere.. cryptopia is way too low price for selling. i will wait and when i got all my coins out of cryptopia i will never use it again and my problem is solved Wink
