Which glow? The "symbol" is a mask with the contours highlighted to bring out the letter "I".
Or do you mean the glow on the characters around the rim? I figured the small (icon) version would be without the rim.
someone just dumped some coins on bittrex for cheap, hurry and buy them up for a easy profit.. like 189 sat cheap
