What kind of blockchain will you use for storing info about trades? Ethereum or your own?

We do not write every order opened & closed. We have our own traditional database, and we periodically make hashes of all the data we have in there,
and put this hash in blockchain. So there's not too many transactions.
When you deposite money (to trade with the brokers) the commission covers the creation of a contract.(... and yes! it cost less than visa/mastercard transaction)

Is there any news about the ICO Start?
For a few weeks a have seen in a twitter, that Serenity will be traded on bitrex. Is it 100% true? Or it only could be so?
I think that nobody will tell you whether this is true, since I know that you can not even tweet such information about exchanges, this is in the agreement between the project and the exchanges, it's against the rules. Well? The project is launched as I understand it, and ICO is finished, an interesting project, now we will see how the developers fulfill what they promised. He decided to buy a few coins if there is a good price and wait for normal exchanges.

Good day, dear forum users. Can you tell me, will a broker hsve an opportunity to withdraw funds from smart-contract without my consent?
Such a scenario is completely excluded. Confirmation of a broker, a trader or a person from Serenity Financial administration is needed to withdraw money.Are there possible scenarios where a dispute might not be easily solvable? Or can you as intermediaries always might the right final decision?
If the broker and/or the client don’t agree with the results of the trade’s automatic analysis, they may appeal to Financial Commission. It’s a paid service(you can use tokens). FinaCom experts receive all the data connected to the trade’s execution, request additional documents from the client and/or broker if necessary, and announce the final decision. This ruling can not be appealed.
I have always trouble believing that the ruling from a not publicly acknowledged law enforcement institution can have the final say over contractual relationships. Or are you accredited in any way (or those FinaCom experts)?

We can not do that, legally we will be screwed by SEC if we do that.
