Yeah, that was my concern as well, with so many bonuses being applied to early investors, when it hits an exchange I can't see it listing at $2. Early guys are already at least 8x profit from the bonuses alone.

That is true, however; if the next sale goes well bringing more support in at the $2 mark will raise the price no matter when it hits the exchange, i'm very excited to see the progression with the project and have high hopes!

I wouldn't panic even if it will be traded below the final ICO price of $2. I mean, the whole potential of the projects will be revealed when we can use the tokens to mine cryptos or buy our electricity bill. Then we will see the true value of the tokens, not when they just hit the exchanges after the ICO.

I really do think Africa would be a fantastic area to expand the KWATT project to, there is a lot of cheap waste, and like Hendobox said earlier, it will help manage how waste is treated and generate much needed electricity.
I saw a report from back in 2015 that over 600 million people in Africa, more than half the continent's population, aren't connected to a power line. Imagine how much KWATT could change the futures of so many people, in terms of development of the continent as a whole whilst introducing new industries and buiding a brand new workforce which consequently could increase the overall GDP.

Major parts of africa are exposed to sun light and solar has be around for sometime now. The problem with Africa I think is the regulations. I am not sure how longg it would be to set a facility in the first place.

Distinction is extremely important especially if you are talking taxes and other regulations. one reason why SEC is trying to post regulations is because many can't seem to differentiate between a utility and security token.
