For voting process in majority of cases users need to pay for own vote. Akaiito is not sure, that this is the fairest way and the best attitude for the users, so we are not yet sure do we want to be involved with such system or not.

We are in negotiations with many investing institutions, but we are not up to getting big investment no matter what, cause with bad terms and conditions the investment actually in long run can play against You. So we are accepting investments only in case of reasonable terms and good for both parties conditions.

KYC is needed for the investment larger than 10 000 USD. In case of KYC are needed: Identity proof (picture of passport) and Address proof (picture of any official bill or financial/government institution statement).

From the beginning (after platform launch), we are planning to operate on Ethereum blockchain, but for the future improvements we will switch over to own blockchain. This is the plan so far.

Only one thing what Akaiito will regulate: block out of illegal services and products. There will be the list of forbidden for exposure products and services. Unfortunately, for some countries, it will mean that products which are allowed in their country will be illegal on platform, for example guns will be in the list of forbidden items to sell, but for USA it will mean restriction.

During ICO tokens not sold during previous stage will go to the next stage. After ICO there won't be any unsold tokens, cause smart contract logic works the way that tokens are generated only when they are bought, so according to the need.
