That depends if you are a trader or holder. You can sell anytime you want but basically, long time holders benefit from it if a project did well.

Does the project have any already confirmed listing on exchanges?? It is very common that even the most promising projects are being listed somewhere after a long delay in time.
We are in contact with many exchanges, but we can not announce anything until all the deals are finalised and confirmed. Listing on exchanges will happen only after ICO.

Exactly, AIC Ethereum smart contract isn't allowing to create more tokens than that sold on the sales (Token distribution for sales program).
