Yes. You have just to choose the place. Frankly speaking, I havent seen anything like that yet.No. It works like Augmented Reality. It will be displayed in the environment where it is placed. You will be able to view as you would anything in that space.
Augmented reality (AR), like blockchain, is one of the top five most breakthrough technologies of 2018. Arcona is pretty impresive project with a high exp. team. 1 day till ICO start. Lets see how much this project cost.

I saw on github the core of your ecosystem. Is it completely ready or are you still working on it?

I looked at the website. It looks pretty and interesting. The project itself reminds me of two films that came out this Valerian and 1000 planets there was an episode when he walked around the virtual city, quite interestingly and the second film to the First player is prepared which is completely about the veritable reality. I hope this project is implemented as planned.
Interesting idea - I'll have to watch those two movies now
